Available to anyone exploring a new journey with a Therapist—whether you’re new to our practice or beginning a new chapter of care.

Step 2: Start Your Care Plan

Connect with a Care Pathways Coordinator to explore care options and receive personalized guidance.

Step 3: Book a Clinical Interview & Assessment

Complete any intake forms and consider questions, goals, or concerns to discuss with your Therapist.

Step 4: Therapy, Your Way

Schedule sessions at times that work best for you. If your preferred time isn’t available, email us or use the Waitlist Feature, and we’ll reach out.

Direct Billing

We offer direct billing for most extended health plans, but coverage depends on your insurer. Please check with your provider or contact us if you have questions.

Cancellation Policy


If you’re unable to make your appointment, please reach out and let us know as soon as you are able. A fee may apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
